My wife and I's monthly payment was $2415 month. We would pay an extra $500 a month towards the principal. We currently just refinanced to get a lower interest rate and to get off of PMI. Our new monthly payment is $2915 a month. We plan on still paying $3700 a month but are now going to do bi-monthly payments.

If you are able to pay your home off in 5 years and a home that expensive then you're very lucky. I don't believe the vast majority make enough to do that. It was a huge celebration to pay mine off in just under 21 years especially since I had to do a cash-out refinance loan about 5 years into it because of a divorce. That literally reversed all the original down payment (mostly from me) and payments up till that point. So really I had it paid off. "by myself" in just shy of 16 years on a blue-collar salary.

Only this time it’s not their money they have hidden it’s the money you both worked for they have secretly taken behind your back and you still forgive and decide to move forward then next thing you find out they were taking loans behind your back in your name?

A lot of these content creators beg all the time that’s one of reason they’re on Facebook with their content and a lot of them do not work just beg all day long makes me sick I would not send any of them a penny they beg for gifts and some have their sick children on facebook I think exploiting them for money and gifts it is really sad if facebook stops this these people will be in a world of trouble with no job

Thankful I'm able to save and live all expenses free with my parents. I'm buying my house with $100k down payment cash and paying off the rest ASAP. I live in Louisiana, so you can get new construction for $160k- $240k in the country on some land. Blessed to make above the median income for my parish so I can provide our forever home for my son and I.
